REVIVAL is a London-based property development company with a primary focus on residential developments in both the city and its surrounding home counties.
Founded in 2018, Revival Developments Ltd specialises in development of new build residentials and the conversion of Industrial and Commercial spaces into residential units.

Revival embarked on its journey in 2018, initially focusing on small scale refurbishments and extensions. In Mill Hill East, a semi-detached house was converted into two flats by extending to the side and back of the property.
In 2020, while continuing to expand our refurbishment projects, our focus shifted towards small-scale new builds. Here in Stonebridge Park, London, we transformed a derelict shop into a charming two-bedroom detached house.
By 2022, we had progressed into larger-scale new builds and refurbishments. In N. London, we converted an old detached house with an extension and garage into 2 high end houses with a combined value of 3mil and a 30% GDV
Today, with a solid foundation in property development, Revival has embarked on its next chapter. We have ventured into the dynamic and challenging arena of Industrial & Commercial conversions, specifically focusing on converting these spaces into residential units. This marks an exciting phase in our journey.
