We typically evaluate projects within the GDV range of £1,000,000 to £3,000,000, with a predominant focus on residential new builds and the conversion of commercial or industrial properties. Our primary geographical area of operation includes London and the surrounding home counties. However, on occasions, we have also explored opportunities in more distant locations.
Our team excels in property acquisition, design, construction, and development management. Visualization, drawing architectural plans, market area comparison and financial viability assessment are just some of the tools we use to evaluate a potential site.
We usually look to use a mixture of own funds plus third party funding from our panel of private investors, as necessary. We also use commercial funders to finance our development projects.
